Terms and Conditions
The terms that apply to this site, to an early access request, and to the text messaging program we intend to run.
Last updated 14 August 2026
This is a working draft
iSect is in development. The Early Access form stores what you send through it, and no messaging program is running yet. Details shown in brackets are business or legal facts that have not been decided. They are marked rather than filled in with a guess, and they will be resolved before iSect collects anything from anyone.
Where things stand today
iSect is in development. This site explains what iSect is meant to do and lets you read the terms and the text message choices in advance. It is not the assistant, and the assistant is not available yet.
The Early Access form does work. What you type into it is sent to us and stored, together with your two text message choices.
About iSect
iSect is intended to be an assistant you reach by phone call, text message, and messaging apps, which can capture tasks, set reminders, and help coordinate booking. Which channels and integrations are available at any point is stated on the availability section of the homepage, and nothing on this site should be read as a promise that a planned capability exists today.
iSect is operated by [registered business name to be confirmed], at [business address to be confirmed].
Using this site
You may read this site and send an early access request. Please do not attempt to disrupt it, submit someone else’s personal details, or use it to send anything unlawful.
The content of this site is provided as it is, and we make no promise that it will be available without interruption while iSect is in development.
Early access
An early access request is a request, not an agreement. It does not create an account, guarantee a place, guarantee a date, or commit either of us to anything.
There is no price on this site because pricing has not been decided. Nothing here is an offer to sell at any particular price.
Text messaging program
This section describes the messaging program iSect intends to run. It is not running yet. No texts are being sent. Numbers given on the Early Access form are stored with the choice made about them, and are not texted.
- Texts come from iSect.
- There are two separate programs. Service texts cover your request, setting up your number, appointments, and reminders you ask iSect for. Marketing texts cover new features, availability, and offers.
- You choose each one separately. Both start unchecked, both are optional, and choosing one never selects the other.
- Giving us a mobile number is not consent to text it, and sending the form is not consent either.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to stop texts. Reply HELP for help.
- Consent is not a condition of purchase, and it is not a condition of an early access request.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You can withdraw either choice at any time, and withdrawing one does not withdraw the other. Until messaging is running, the way to change your mind is to contact us at [contact address to be published before launch].
How we handle your number and your choices is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Limits
iSect is a tool for handling requests, and it can misunderstand, mis-time, or fail to complete one. It is not a substitute for professional advice and must not be relied on for anything urgent, medical, financial, or safety related.
Where an appointment is booked through a calendar or booking provider, that provider is the record of what was booked. We report a booking as made only once the provider confirms it.
Governing law and contact
The governing law and the courts that would hear a dispute are [not decided yet], because the operating entity and its jurisdiction are not confirmed. We will state both here before iSect is offered to anyone.
Questions about these terms go to [contact address to be published before launch].
Changes to these terms
We will change this page as iSect is built, and the date at the top will change with it. If the messaging program changes, the wording on the form will change with it, and choices already recorded will keep the wording they were made against.
